BOOK EXPO 2017

Book Expo 2017 came and went and now were onto Book Expo 2018 at the Javits center.

I have to say 2017 at the Javits was a disappointing year in terms of the books. As you all know the crew and I mainly read a lot of romance and dear lord was that lacking last year! It was so upsetting there were so many open spots where I was just walking around not waiting for anything or grabbing something for a friend! I am hoping this year we have broadened a little in terms of titles for Book Expo.

They also seem to be putting a lot more emphasis on book con last year which is so disappointing, this has become more about making money than it has about the books themselves. On the plus side it is always wonderful to meet new authors and old and get a chance to talk about their books and meet new people who share the same love for the same books! Love making new friends at BEA always!

Heres to hoping Book Expo 2018 will be awesome!

Just RELEASED : A Beautiful Mistake by Ashlee Price

Surprise... I went in for surgery and woke up married...to my doctor! How did this happen to a rich playboy like me?  After all, I believe in lust, not love. Maybe I can use this mistake to my advantage. My generous donation to the hospital will help buy her the respect she craves from her stuck up bosses. And a fake marriage is just what I need to get my family off my back. A great idea until the unexpected happens... We're drawn to each other like magnets.  I didn't expect to feel this way. She's the complete package.  Gorgeous eyes. Stunning curves. Virgin lips. But nah, I can't give in. We have a simple agreement. One year. Then divorce. My perfect plan starts to fall apart when her controlling, desperate ex threatens her.  Screw that. In this world, I protect what's mine. I'll protect Marian, the baby growing inside her and will destroy anyone who gets in my way.

So with a publisher comes new front Covers which are both absolutely gorgeous they are done by " Mae I design and photography ." Their covers are usually always amazing and these here are no different! Attracting, compelling, colliding, their chemistry--to say the least--was explosive. He felt it the first time he laid eyes on her… On the heels of college graduation and the unexpected death of her mother, Emily Cooper moves to New York City to join her boyfriend for a fresh start. Dillon Parker has been sweet, thoughtful, and generous through Emily’s loss, and she can’t imagine her life without him--even as her inner voice tells her to go slow. Then she meets Gavin Blake. A rich and notorious playboy, Gavin is dangerously sexy and charming as hell. Their first encounter is brief, but it’s enough to
