Currently Reading in Audiobook - Royally Matched

Some men are born responsible, some men have responsibility thrust upon them. Henry John Edgar Thomas Pembrook, Prince of Wessco, just got the motherlode of all responsibility dumped in his regal lap. He’s not handling it well. Hoping to help her grandson to rise to the occasion, Queen Lenora agrees to give him "space"—but while the Queen’s away, the Prince will play. After a chance meeting with an American television producer, Henry finally makes a decision all on his own: Welcome to Matched: Royal Edition.  A reality TV dating game show featuring twenty of the world's most beautiful blue bloods gathered in the same castle. Only one will win the diamond tiara, only one will capture the handsome prince’s heart. While Henry revels in the sexy, raunchy antics of the contestants as they fight, literally, for his affection, it’s the quiet, bespectacled girl in the corner—with the voice of an angel and a body that would tempt a saint—who catches his e...

Fifty Sahdes Darker Movie Review

So , this is one of Aℓℓ of our top favorite books ever and most definitely a top favorite of the three in the trilogy but this movie, i'm sorry, just didn't do it justice. The movie wasn't awful don't get me wrong, we Aℓℓ still watched it more than once in the movie theaters but it didn't catch the essence of what Darker was really suppose to be. They tried to fit so much so they forgot to have the big moments and climax actually mean something and have feeling behind it. The first hour or so was pretty good but the biggest disappointment was probably when Christian goes submissive, it was so sub par and no emotion, which I don't think was the actors fault at Aℓℓ as I believe they are both very good at playing these parts. It was the script for that scene. The book made my heart ache when this happens, it made me actually cry and feel horrible and like my heart was in two, in the movie people were laughing and they didn't even understand what was happening. ...

Audio Books

For a long time I was kind of against Audibles because I don't know they just sounded a little ridiculous to me and I would just laugh at the voices that people were making. After my trip to BEA in 2016 on the way home since it was around 8-9 hours we decided to listen to one and this was my first one I had heard and when we finished I absolutely loved it! I am now addicted but I do like to hear samples first just in case the voice really isn't pleasant. I think everyone should try one once just let it go passed the first 30 minutes and I promise you won't care how weird it sounds!

Book Challenge - 2017

Well it's the beginning of the year and that time has come for me to chose how many books I will be wanting to read in the challenge for Goodreads this year. This year I chose 75 books, who knows I may go over or may go way under. Every year I feel my numbers get a little smaller cause I become more picky with what I read or what I do and don't like. If you have a smaller number of books to read or a bigger number thats great too! Don't let other peoples numbers discourage you as long as you are reading what you enjoy and loving it , that's what is important! I will keep you updated on my reading, so far I have read 5 books this year but nothing groundbreaking yet but I have hope I'll find something I absolutely love soon!
